We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Our enterprise API providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for model training.

All personal information is stored on servers located in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2 / Sydney region). We do not transfer personal data outside Australia without appropriate safeguards.
We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- Incident response procedures aligned with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme
